Just to clarify what is required here, do we take a common phrase such as "Close But No Cigar" and make a photo based on that?

Here is a list of phrases if this is the case

Hold on as I am not sure if my understanding is correct so you may not have had it all wrong. Hopefully someone else can chip in..
