Since we are starting voting clubs I thought a few choices would be nice.
I find myself not giving many 10âs. Often 8 or 9 is as high as I go. So, the way I see it, giving more 10âs will also help separate average from good images. This approach wonât be as rewarding for some but itâs nice to have options. Feel free to vote â1â if you feel itâs warranted but itâs not encouraged.
In the end, at least for me, these scores really donât matter. They say more about the person voting than the image. |

I think it would be helpful but that's up to you. Nice to know who appreciates an image and why. |

10s to me are my personal favorite or personal picks and those are the ones that really, super duper wow me. These get my personal spark image.
These are the photos that has created a very special emotional and attatchment bond that evoked feelings in every sense in my fibers in my body. Also, these are the photos that are not just every day images, to me it was a rare of a beauty of a capture that was captured at time at the perfect timing. Being there in the right place at the right time kind of thing.
I will give 9 to my top personal favorites to challenges, and I call them my spark personal ribbon choice favorites as well. I like them enough to choose them as my top personal ribbons that I think deserve the ribbons in that particular challenge, but it wasn't a super wow thing nor did it evoke any feelings from me. I have my top three and then any special mentions deserve my 9.. I will also add images to 9 if I think they belong in the top 20
I rarely give 10 but when I do that person better know that hey, your photo really, tranced me or it was the best of the best. and I let them know I gave it too. Beacause who doesn't wanna know, hey Your image is my favorite. It is nice to know 1 person out of everyone voted liked it.
I did give one in the current free study just because it was a super magical photo "to me" .

| I don't know about this. I don't want to get singled out for targeted voting. Often times i'll recognize the photographer and I usually really like the image. After the events of last month I don't think giving a 10 is a good idea any longer. I don't want to get suspended. |

Y'all be gettin' tens from me now. I'm tired of being mediocre so I'm gonna pump you all up so I'm even closer to the bottom!
What with only 50 votes per challenge these days, a few 10s judiciously placed here and there will really kinda sing! Let's do this! |
