is it allowed, to get rid of red eye with pshop?

Don't believe you can do it unless you desat the reds. Please wait for SC to confirm.

Within the Basic rules you can only do it by desaturating the whole red channel - as no spot editing is allowed. In the advanced editing rules you can spot-edit the red-eye out.
