I'm just wondering:
Received: 351
Helpful: 354
The number of helpful marked comments in my profile is higher than the number of received comments... and I know for sure that I didn't mark ALL comments because some of them I made myself....
What is the cause of this? Did it happen to somebody else too?
I don't want to seem prickly, I just want to know because sometimes I'm checking my not helpful marked comments in case I missed one (what a nice surprise that might be!) |

Mine is the same way..
From my end, the other comments come from side challenges, if you post in there or other photos you post on the threads.

| Mine are correct. Thanks for making me go and check because I picked up about 10 that I hadn't marked yet. Other than those, out of 9,500 odd, about 50 less marked helpful than received and I just checked it out (counted them). Most of those are my own responses to comments by others (but there are a few genuinely unhelpful ones which haven't been ticked). |

There's a function in place to mix it up a bit while images are in voting. If I comment on an image I think is yours and then check and notice your comments received have gone up, then I know I've flushed you out. So something's been put in place to prevent this from happening... and things get a bit screwy in the meantime.
Next time you're not in a challenge, check it and it will be accurate. |

Thank you, Julie for your pointer to a solution. Still I don't get it.. it's probably too late for me and I should go to bed...almost midnight here ...
I haven't entered a side challenge so far, I wouldn't even know how to accomplish that.
How can I mark more comments helpful than I received?
