He's a writer and he has penned some very amusing books, notably The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series and the Dirk Gently Detective Agency series.
Use some of the fantastic imagery or characters from this series as the basis of your image.
Expert Editing, to allow for some fantastic creations (such as a Vogon Fleet poised ready to demolish Earth to complete the hyperspace bypass, or all the molecules in the hostess's undergarments being made to leap simultaneously one foot to the left as an icebreaker at a party). |

Sounds good. Great books.
I have fond memories of playing the text adventure game about 15 years ago, but the game's probably older than that. |

Sure. Some of my favourite books when i was a kid and i read and re-read them constantly. I keep meaning to read them again. The TV show was great as well (although i never got round to listening to the original radio series). The film was terribly bad though. |

I like it. There will however, be tons of entries named "42." |

Yes. No doubt about it.
There's a bar here in town called Zaphod's, named after Zaphod Beeblebrox, and you can order a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster there.
It's not quite the same as Adams' described it, but it's available. |

Been there, done that, made my husband wear my robe and lay down in front of a bulldozer. (laying down was in an outtake).
He's such a good sport!
He remembered to bring his towel! |

A couple of models writhing in pain, mottled grey steel backgrounds, a few bits of assorted slimy spittle flying through the air......

I'd vote for a two week entry frame, simply so I can have time to reread them! It's been too long. But it sounds like a good excuse. :) |
