Thought I'd share a vacation photo with everybody. One of my favorites, even though...

What a nice picture! I love pictures of birds and this one is super - you can even see the number under his wing!

Taken at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon? I'll go a step further and say it was probably near the Bright angel lodge.

This is saved real small for the workshop folder just to order a print from, but hopefully there isn't too much noise

I probably screwed this up more than helped, but I tried to bring out a little color, sharpening and leveling. You could do better with the original.

Tina did a lot better with hers!

Yep, taken right where you said, louddog! Such an amazing view. The morning I was there was hazy. Actually, the colors on my photo were true to the morning. After taking this shot, I stood there for a couple hours and the colors seemed to change by the minute. Beautiful place. I hope to go back some day. I was only there for one day and I could spend a week or two. The mule ride looked interesting. I hear it's booked almost two years in advance.
The colors look great on your version, stdavidson!
I've got about a half dozen more condor photos. I'll post a few in my portfolio when I get a chance if any one's interested.
Thanks for all the positives!

I got a shot of a bird by the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
But I think mine is only a Turkey vulture, not a Condor :(
