I know that feeling oh too well.
next wait is for the damn battery to charge up so might i suggest whoever was kind enough to inform you of its arrival also take the battery out and charge it for you so the wait is less |

No hard copy included. That's a shame, I like to carry it in my bag. But, I found it online, so I read it on my ipad. |
