I believe we should be more specific on this issue.
How about we make it so that there has to be at least say a 200,000 difference in the two.
Me: Votes Cast: 236,602 - Votes Received: 12,023
Yeah... great idea that. :O)

Maybe we could have two challenges running the same week, one for those who have cast more votes, one for those who have received more.
And the next week one for those who have offered more comments than received, and the converse, also running together.
That would include everyone - both times.
I hadn't looked.... and I'm surprised to note that my votes received are higher than my vote cast, on average AND in number.
Votes Cast: 93,829
Avg Vote Cast: 5.2110
Votes Received: 98,120
Avg Vote Received: 5.5496
BUT you can tell I'm not a constant ribbon winner:)
