While this is sort of unrelated to Photography. Many including myself use the iPhone for photos. I don't remember ever seeing Apple admit and recall one of their items. I got a notice yesterday that my iPhone was being recalled for battery issues. Battery Recall iPhone 5.

Right one for chargers that was limited to Europe, and one for 5S batteries. All recent. I've just not seen many, even though there are known issues with their items that could/should warrant a recall. I believe there is a current outcry for them to recall faulty monitors.

There are nine recalls currently listed on Apple's website, and a program to address faulty monitors ended recently. |

| I had my battery replaced last December. I had bought Apple Care so I was covered. And today I had my entire phone replaced because of a faulty power button. My partner has an iPhone 5 and he had the exact same issues - faulty battery and power switch. |
