This is the first day since the direct light photo contests have started that the weather is actually nice and the sun is out here. Bad luck for me with the timing of these contests lol. Let's see if I can grab a silhouette photo tonight real fast or I'll just have to enter in the Contre-Jour then.
Anyone else have this weather problem? |

Gotta love the Midwest!
Its very cloudy here (IA), sun peeks through the clouds and tells us hello here and there.. |

Yeh, loved the fog we had here on the W. shore of L. Michigan the past two days, LOL! Very nice day today though, cannot wait to get out of the office...

I was SOOO hoping for some lightning but all I got were these clouds with the thunderstorm...

Thunderstorm last night gave such a wonderful show and you think I could get a great shot of the sky lightning that was going on?
It was spread across the sky soo coool and it was just like huge spider webs.. just beautiful and amazing.. Just something was not set right..
Tripod was used, bulb mode, manual focus, infinity LOL
I have yet to master lightning
