Hello,
I've been here for some time now and never introduced myself
I love photography and I just do it as a hobby, it has brought me in contact with people all over the world, with different interest and has been a very pleasurable journey.
The challenges are great, because it is not the usual like, or great photo from other places on the web
there is the ratings and it doesn't get any more cold than that.
Nice to get a comment every once in a while
My deep respect to the skills and creativity from this place!
I live in Guadalajara Mexico, while I practiced photography with film since the 1980's, I was never good and lost interest, my interest was rekindled when I got kids and a small P&S digital then around 2009 when I got a DSLR and ... well ... it accelerated
While I read on some messages the activity is not as high as it used to be .. there are challenges every week! to me it looks great :)

Welcome Armando to DPC. You will definitely get to enjoy the many styles and challenges that are given every week here. I do my best to take good photos to even come close to some greats on here but I enjoy being able to think "outside of the box and your own comfort zone" to expand the knowledge DPC offers.

It's always great to see new members as it helps for fresh perspectives. I am not very active on here due to not having enough time, But I do find that all the time I've spent here has been very valuable and there are lots of great and wonderful people here.

Guadalajara is a lovely city and you should have some stunning scenes to show. |
