On this page, The top 50 users with the highest average received, it shows  backdoorhippie as #1 with an average received vote of 7.000. But if you look at his profile page his actual average received vote is 5.7324.
I checked all the others and some are off by a point but none off by as much as this one. |

| That's a big difference. My profile page has my average about 0.0002 higher than it actually is, and my total votes received total lower than actual. I know this because I keep a spreadsheet, and I have gone through every entry and compared my numbers to each individual challenge. Those numbers match, but the totals are incorrect. |

| I believe that different stats are updated at different times of the week, not continuously, so that some stats will reflect more recent results than others. |

My totals have been off for a long, long time. It's no big deal. I have my spreadsheet.
The backdoorhippie thing is weird, though. |

| Maybe he has a killer entry about to blue ribbon with and 8.5? Not yet recorded? |

It's an intelligent algorithm that ignores the votes of those who have no idea what they're doing. :)
I wouldn't worry about it. |

| If I had to guess it would seem that, after only 5 challenges, I have about a 7.0 average from people who left comments ... all 8 of them. |

| Well it seems backdoorhippie has been ousted by ezgumpeljones.......the Top Scorers page says he has an average received score of 9.000 but his profile page says 5.1247 |

On a side note, it appears that the overall average on your profile page is almost a live update again. It was a long time ago, but at some point became (almost) accurate as of the end of your last completed challenge.
