The texture overlay stuff is DEFINITELY not legal except in Expert Editing. Ditto the "light leaks". Likewise many of the frames, which add graphic elements (IMO at least). In the "camera types", the "Wet Plate" group is a no-no for sure, all sorts of added texture there. "Classic Camera" is pretty straightforward, should be OK, if you don't do anything with the "add dirt and scratches" slider.
Really, the more I look at it, the program's a MINEFIELD for DPC-legal editing. Every camera group has available sliders that are clearly not legal. Go into the Toy Camera group and play with the zoom/rotate blur. Awesome effect, utterly illegal in Advanced.
Just use the program at your own risk :-) |

I opened Photoshop today and there was Analog just waiting for me. No downloading or updating required |

It wasn't there and it wasn't there; then, suddenly, voila, it was there. |

I had been using the 15 day trial without Analog Efex. The trial ran out, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the new version, and had my credit card out, ready to pay. I got another 15 days. I wonder if, in two weeks, I can uninstall and reinstall again...... |

They don't let the grass grow under their feet, do they? Analog Pro 2 was just released :) |

Hmmm... Don't see that mine's been updated. Same problem last time. |

Mine either. I just downloaded and installed (as per their FAQs) the current version of the suite, and it's there now. |

Just updated mine and it's interesting as it added Analog Efex Pro 2 to the Selective Tool in Photoshop, but it left the original Analog Efex Pro there as well.
Some very cool additions. And the "Custom Camera" is much easier to build.

I had the same problem. This is from the troubleshooting page on how to remove the old version.
