I have been enjoying this lightroom for a while now about 6 months and have really learned a lot..
However, its being a complete dork right now and I lost the pictures that I was working on and now it can't be found.
I remember reading and finding a tutorial about how to recover those files "not found" and that you have to reset lightroom within the settings somewhere.. but I just can't seem to get google to listen to me correctly and I can not find this tutorial again and it was not on Utube, it was an actual artical for lightroom and steps to recover these files.. LOLOL
I know I talk backwards but I hope I am making sense
If anyone knows what I am talking about this is GREAT.. otherwise I will have to come back to do detail lists of what is happening..
Thanks so much guys! |

Its like its become disconnected from the photos I have imported in its catalog file.. so its like missing from the catalog
Usually, I do all my renaming/moving within lightroom in the catalog, but the error is coming from the catalog if that makes sense

I remember facing this issue but i had renamed the folder containing my photos so lightroom couldn't find it. If i remember correctly, i could right-click (Windows) the missing photos/folder and select something like locate missing photos. It then allows me to browse to the new location of those photos and they got back in the catalog just fine.
