I've still got him and will ahve him posted to vawendy tomorrow. I couldn't get to the post-office last Saturday in time to get her, then, I had intended to post him from our first stop in Georgia, but forgot his box at home. :( Didn't have anything but my phone with me (left laptop, etc. at home ) and my phone + dpc is well, just annoying to try to write anything.
The upside is that Lost saw a lot of things and scenery (and I was able to tell "his story" to a lot of people -- mainly the ones that said, "Why are you carrying around a stuffed penguin?" -- and he absolutely LOVED Animal Kingdom at Disney.
I've got a lot of pictures of him to share and as soon as I can get them downloaded, dumped, etc. I'll show 'em to you. |

I was going to mail Lost before going to Florida. Missed the PO while it was open.
Was going to take him with us and mail him on Monday from GA.
Forget his box (and vawendy's address) at home.
Was going to mail him on Wednesday after vacation (first day I could get by PO while it was open).
Had to go to urgent care that morning and ended up having to have a 3-unit blood transfusion and emergency surgery. Fun times.
That was a week and a half ago, and I am happy to report that he is FINALLY on his way to VA and vawendy should get him any day now.
While he was with me, he had nary a drop of alcohol (we are tee-totalers :P ) and enjoyed his sobriety. What he REALLY liked was my daughter's stuffed animal collection, going to school with me, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. I have a Gallery called "LOST" if you want to see all the pictures, but here are the highlights.
During the Spring, it is baseball/softball season at our house. Lost got to see several games --
Part of my daughter's softball team. Who wouldn't love to be with these cute little gals.
Watching a game with my son's team. Contrary to what Lost was convinced, though, no, they did NOT design their uniform around him (on Saturday's, they wear gray pants and white and black shirts. . . ). . . .
One of my coworkers collects penguins. He enjoyed spending time with them.
Though he was a bit incorrigible after seeing this poster. . . (Look familiar????)
He found a book on penguins -- he loves to read apparently.
But,after reading this section, was more than a little aggravated with MAK for sending him alone.
This was in St. Simons, GA when I told him I had forgotten his box.
But, he liked the Magic Kingdom (that is my son with the odd expression in the background)
His favorite was Animal Kingdom, and he just kept wanting to ride Expedition Everest, but we only could do it one time!
And, one last soiree before we sent him on his way. I'll let you know if he tried anything from the book with the little penguin on his left, there. . . . |

| Did Mo maul him so badly that Lost became Dismembered? And if he does/did get that way, shouldn't the person responsible for his care also be dis-membered? ;-) |

I think it would be nice to get an update from the last person to of had Lost  vawendy if I am not mistaken. |

Oh no!! I haven't been around much (just keeping up on what I can with TPL) because I've been under the weather. I'm beginning to think that the sweet, little penguin carries the plague!! How many of us have been hit when he arrived?
He will be mailed out on Monday. I think I have sempermarine's address. I'll go look. |

Okay. I received "Lost" from vawendy and whooped him into shape. Most of the training is classified. (Photos will be released soon). He is now on his way to colorcarnival. He should arrive there early next week.
