As usual, it depends on what you do with those brushes: if applied at low opacity, to create a texture, then it should be ok. However, if you use them in a way that they are really visible, they will be considered as "graphics or clip art images" which will lead to DQ.
Of course, you are still allowed to create your own brushes if they are prepared out of your own photos, taken during the challenge period (the tool itself is not disallowed). |
