| My entry was totally last minute so I'm not expecting much. I actually went out with an idea, captured that idea, re-read the description of the challenge and saw the word "building"...... Off to plan B I went. |

Was at 6.41 when I got up this morning. Dropping at a moderate rate now.

| I'm always coming in near last place, however, I had the highest score ever in all of my photos but I'm about to be disqualified. Oh well, I didn't know. I had a 5.9 and now have a 5.7, but it will be disqualified. I'll have to keep my chin up and try harder next time. I didn't know. Sorry everyone. |

Most of us have an oops or two like that in our past.
Even though it is taken as "just ok" on DPC, I consider anything in the high 5's to be the kind of shot that will have your (non-photographer) friends and family wowing about what a great photographer you are.

The latter, I believe. I've noticed some images disappearing during voting now and then.

Started with a 4.0 :) went up to 5.8! and now down to 5.6 with 49 votes...
This is disappointing really. Normally i don't take the challenges too seriously - i don't even shoot for a challenge but if i had taken a photograph that meets a challenge description, i might enter it. I know there are many, many better photGs here. But i was quite hopeful for this challenge and the way its going is... not good.
But 6 very nice comments - they are totally worth it!

So looks like they get removed. When I asked there was 88 entries, and one that I was pretty sure would get DQ'd. Now there are 87, and that one I was watching is gone. |

You're comment to vote ratio is very good. I'm always happy when I receive one comment for every ten votes. If they say more than "good one" and are from photographers you respect that's an added bonus.
