Hello and greetings!

Hello!!!
I am working in lightroom 4 and I am having a huge issue with loosing all of my metadata from my picture properties after export.

All of my camera information is there when I import it, but when I export it, its gone and all I have is the pixel sizes and then the wrong time and date for when I am finished with the photo.
I wanted to save all of the information that comes in the detail of the picture properties underneath the details..

I hope this is making sense, I have tried to search the forums, Utubes, and even google and I am coming up empty handed on solutions to make that data stay put where it belongs.

Any suggestions is more than helpful and welcomed, I am at a loss at the moment and I am trying everything.. I can just right click and properties and then details and input some of the information but not all of it.
I just want that info to stay after export.. I am not sure if I do not have a setting on, or right or what.
thanks so much!

(adding) I capture all of my photos in RAW.. so I am not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Your exporting to JPG right? The export is not a copy of you input. In the export dialog there is a tick mark to include meta data on export.... or you can exclude location and a couple of other variations I don't recall.

wooohoo that did it!!!

I had to un-check the minimize embedded data and then I tried again and poof it was there!

That metadata arrow was down so I did not see those options.
