Actually, I was looking for an unofficial guide to DPC that I saw a long, long time ago.

I found an unofficial link to DPC faqs, but what I was looking for just had a huge list of points in the beginning.

I was amazed at how many "unofficial" threads there were. But I still didn't find what I was looking for.

I like #3: SC stands for â��Site Councilâ��. These are benevolent, overworked volunteers who never seem to tire of babysitting us and making sure the site remains â��user friendlyâ��. They are also available to blame anytime you behave inappropriately and are too arrogant or ignorant to take responsibility for your actions.
