Still no right answers.

Correction to clue 1: The mountain is in two countries - with shared ownership - although the smaller part of it in the country I was. I was able to downhill ski to both countries from where I was standing.

Clue 2: I was at almost 10,000 ft elevation where the pic was taken and I had to tilt my head upwards to look at this summit.

Pity I was asleep. I could see Mont Blanc from our apartment in Geneva whenever it was a clear day :-) But then I don't have anything ready to post anyway, so it's a good thing...

You would have guessed it easily then. I was at La Thuile in Italy, so that is the "back side" of Mont Blanc and not as common to be seen in pics. You must have had a really nice view!

Google-Earth "Rue Michel-Chauvet 15, Geneva, Switzerland", the building with the swimming pools on top. Hasn't changed since 1957, amazing.

Big Thunder Mountain in Disneyland, Anaheim. I've ridden it with the sprouts a buncha' times as they evolved. I won't take the win though, give it to that guy who's marrying off his daughter soon.
