Not Antigua either. You guys are in the right general part of the world though. It's a famous little beach bar on a very famous beach. Shouldn't be that hard to locate :-) I'm looking for the actual location on the actual island, and the name of the bar would be nice too :-) I'm actually not 100% sure it sells alcohol, although I believe it does. They sell food, some souvenirs, they rent snorkeling gear, and so forth. That's all I'm gonna tell ya.

Yes Danvers State Lunatic Hospital. Now abandoned in Danvers, Massachusetts.
