What happened with Leo? Looks like his account is completely gone?
02/06/2014 04:34:04 PM · #2
He asked to have his account removed.

Oh, dear. I hope it wasn't because of Wendy's bird...

That's a shame.

Yeh, she gave him the bird, and he turned 'round and left! ;-)

Seriously, it is too bad, but honestly it gets really tiring to see folks "take their ball and go home." It's just immature behavior on their part, nothing else.

For the record, I tried my darndest to dissuade him :-(

The sad part, he might not be remembered for his efforts. I wish him well in his future endeavors..

Such a shame to see him leave. He was doing a good job promoting DPC trying to bring it back to it's glory days.

Too bad. He'll be missed. Is there a reason his account/nick name isn't mentioned in this thread? not everyone knows him by Leo. Will he only be known as Leo aka UserID 58785

Took me a while to figure out this was about FocusPoint.

That really is too bad, he was trying to pump a lot of energy into the site.
Looks like he even shut down his Facebook page. I really liked seeing the updates he posted there.

So... who ticked him off?

Everyone who didn't come to his online interview with his mentor.

Leo will be missed for sure. I didn't have a chance to be involved in any of the interviews that he set up but I always read the transcripts
When I had a couple of minutes. He really was trying hard for this place. I hope it's just a break and we see him back again.

He has left us and returned before, so it's not unreasonable to hope.

He's started his own site. It's likely he won't be back.

From the 'interview' thread it sounds like he was getting stressed with DPC. So what's the point of hanging around if you're not enjoying it any more?

I do hope with Leo's new found spare time he is taking the advice and wisdom of our dear friend The General and
baking some bread.......

This picture makes me wonder whether it's just coincidence that "baking bread" is an anagram of "Breaking Bad" ...

Me thinks it was far more than coincidence Mr. General. If one can just push aside the corn starch and the flour they will find deep philosophical meaning behind your words..."make bread"

It was your most polite and eloquent way of saying....."chill the f&*k out dude".

I don't know if that resonated with our friend Leo but I have since taken your advice and hope others see the merit in it as well. Have a wonderful evening. Now if you'll excuse me I have a date with a bag of flour. :)

It wasn't because of the interview, there was something after that, with which I have hints, but no specifics, so I will stay quiet. But I don't want people thinking that he left because no one came to that interview.

I rather think it was no "one" thing. More the cumulative effect of frustration over a whole lot of different things, that sadly he let get under his skin. Hence GereralE's recommendation.
