I'm guessing this is the right place for this.

I ordered a T-adapter for F-mount from Hong Kong via ebay a few months ago. Have been dying to receive the thing and do some proper astrophotography. FINALLY I received a notice that the package arrived, but I saw that it was stamped on the 15th of November. So I drove out to the post office today and they told me they sent it back to where it came from!!! The notice has the incorrect suburb written on and my name is written as Marx. So they obviously had super trouble delivering the notice, hence why I received it so late!

Now what? I'm going to have to find a T-adapter from a shop here, but they're more than 10x the price. I'm not waiting another 6 months, and then risking the incompetence of the postal service again. Piece of rubbish government!
