Freezed- the lower left out of focus part is distracting. I do like the way the background is darker and seperates from the subject nicely. Maybe I'm missing something because I dont know what the plant is but maybe you mean "Frozen" for your title?
Blanes from the castle- I dont have much constructive to add here. It is a great postcard photo. Feel free to print one and send to me. :) I would like to see it at differant times of the day(or night).
Blue Building Helsinki- I find myself trying to read the sign. You might try to make it either more readable or even less readable. Maybe a little more straight up too. I think there is an interesting shot in there.
Diente de leon- Nice lighting, the background is nice and dark. It is somewhat uninteresting. It needs something to make it stand out. Its good to have photos with negative space but unless I had use for it I would display it without it. This might look better as a portrait. DOF is perfect.
