I'm going to make a major switch from Sony to probably Nikon in the near future. I would like to try a full frame camera and a DX camera. Full frame for landscapes and table top shots, the other for birding and an everyday carry around camera.

I want to try these camera's with different lenses. I live in Connecticut. Know of any rental companies in the east, (to keep shipping down), that you'd recommend for rentals please?

These days it's just as economical (and far more practical) to rent from online sources such as lensrental.com and borrowlenses.com

If you think you'll be renting multiple times, lensrentals.com has a great POP discount shipping program. I use them a lot to try out lenses, great service.

Hey Robs, Johanna and Skewsme - those all look like excellent choices. I'm going to be renting a couple of bodies and a few lenses so I wanted to make sure I was dealing with a reputable source that was also competitive. Thanks folks!
