Actually, up at Northern Minnesota, at the Chocolate Mousse, the served a rosemary butter, or a sundried tomato butter, or a truffle butter, or some type of butter in a ball on the steak. That also clogged your arteries, but was incredibly divine.


Butter?!!! On mushrooms?!!!! ::squeak of profound horror::

Grand Marnier + chocolate mousse = YUM!!
