So......
I was helping my GF unpack some boxes of old stuff, and we found an old SD card.
The Canon card, to be specific.
Here's the chuckle......these cards both say 16 on them.
The SanDisk card is a 16GB card that I use for my backup/jpeg card in my D600. If I use it as a primary card for shooting RAW, it will "only" hold a few less than 300 images.
The image files my D600 shoots in RAW are roughly 30MB.
That Canon card would not hold even one image file from the D600!
My, haven't we come a long way! LOL!!!

At least 1000x farther than we were, I would guess. ;-)

what's really cool is when you put a 16gb card into a 2 megapixel camera and a thing never comes off 999,no matter how many pictures you take. |
