Well, there's science behind it, LOL. That creature has severe anemia, iron deficiency, and consuming rust, which is iron in a relatively soluble form, is potentially helpful :-) Feel better? |

FWIW the frequent craving to eat ice or drink very cold beverages ("ice pica") can be a symptom of iron-deficiency anemia as well. |
