I must ask this, is topaz legal in Advanced editing? Which are not, which are risky and which are a go? I d not think any of them are okay for Basic? Obviously Expert is the free for all, so I am not even asking.

like anything moderation is the key, even in basic.

Thank you, clear as mud now. Interesting read, I missed it all as that was when we diagnosed the cancer.

Agree with Mike that moderation is key.

I use Topaz Adjust and Topaz Denoise in my editing for Advanced and passed inspection when required to submit for validation.

Peter, if you have some starting questions or specific questions, feel free to PM me - I'll see if I can help clear away the mud for better understanding:-)

I never knew Topaz was legal in Basic! The more I read these threads, the more confused I become. I'll just stick with my own "ruleset" pertaining to what's legal and illegal... that way, I won't get DQ'd... since my idea is more restrictive than what I interpret. lol
