what was disturbing about it?

everyone has their own threshold about what is acceptable. if you cant handle the topic of discussion, don't discuss. nobody cares your personal opinions on marriage or sex or fidelity (Neat that's not directed at you, just everyone in general...)

i for one found it interesting because as i expand my range i like to know what can happen during shoots and what request are made and how others handle them. It actually made me think that i should myself may need to start taking better diligence and make sure I'm never alone with a female model, all i need is one to get upset and then i could be screwed without a witness.

the request the client wanted was disturbing, and I could go on!

clearly to some, but that wasn't the point, the point was is it common practice to expect such requests when shooting particular subject matters.

go for it, if you guys wish me to leave fine, i'm certainly not contributing with my photography and longer, however i thought maybe some people find the discussions engaging and my input helpful, if that's not the case i'll gladly leave. my membership is up in a month anyway.

I seriously think the guy was a fake, seriously, how can he think that would be a common act of occurence is beyond me, I have to shake my head and wonder sometimes! I think the guy was asking for trouble!
