Hi, I'm relatively new at this... What do you think if this shot?

Howdie. I like the relaxed look of the boy, however I see no purpose in having the chain in front of his forehead. I find it quite distracting and does not add anything to the shot. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks... I saw him standing there and just snapped it. I agree the chains are disappointing.

This is how it would look if you used the "Insert Thumbnail Link to Site image" button, the last one in the row of five icons just above the box where you enter text. The advantages are that clicking the thumb opens a page where the viewer can leave a comment if they like (I did), and the image views are counted.

If you like the chains, try this with the chains lower, so his eyes come through or between them somehow. That will create a kind of unapproachable or trapped feel, depending on his face and your other elements.

Agree with Jacko. Also I think it would have been better with more sunlight on at least a part of the face. But very clean and fine image. |
