Years ago I recall someone (possibly terje) posted a link where you could view a graph that would show you how many hours of the day you would have the sun low on the horizon for various locations around the world. I don't know what you would call such a calculator so am having trouble googling it. Anybody have any ideas? |

there is an app for that
i use sun surveyor for android.

One of the few paid apps I have. Well worth it.

Be SURE to check out the second of my links, it's extraordinary easy to work from, Penny and I are amazed by it. Drag the timeline and watch the sunline move, it graphically represents elevation as a horizontal offset from center, it will show you the exact times for all the various twilights, etc, in a simple gadget that's much more intuitive than TPE. |
