If you're taking a photograph for a challenge and the object has a manufacturers name on it is that permissible? For example if you photograph a Timex watch for a challenge entry and the watch says TIMEX in the center of it. Is it permissible to leave TIMEX in the image. If it is not then is it permissible to clone the word TIMEX out. Hate to put a lot into a shot only to have it nixed because of a misunderstanding. Thanks in advance! |

Now when we see a timex shot in an upcoming challenge, we will know who's it is. Lol

Already thought through that Denielle. They'll be no TIMEX shot for me. However if I submit a pic in the "everyday object" challenge there may be some text on the object. Rest assured it won't be a watch however. (smile) |
