Thanks to dahved who noticed an advertising company is using the picture of Laine with the finger paint on her face as a link to another article about ADHD. I've contacted the company and am waiting to hear whether they appropriated the picture themselves or if they can provide details of a third party company doing the work for them.

This picture seems to be the one. I had another preschool from Alabama actually contact me about using it in an advertising campaign just a few weeks ago (if you recall it was a daycare company in Australia that originally used it without permission).

Unbelievable! I hope you put her through college with the first settlement. That was a pretty big billboard...

Link to some pretty good info on licensing your images in this recent thread, though you may be familiar with it already from your previous experience.

Have you registered that image at the US Copyright Office?

It looks like the company is MGID.com. I've made contact. We'll see where it goes. They claim to get their pictures from another agency.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, they got it from a "friend"...

Make 'em bleed, and think twice before ripping off images again.

Dahved sent me this link. It doesn't look like we're dealing with a legit company. MGID America's biggest online fraud.

Laine probably won't go to college because, judging by the paint on her face, she obviously has severe ADHD. :P
