I felt as if I went through five stages:

1. I denied the entire ordeal was happening, I couldn't belive it was happening to me.
2. I was angry, it didn't seem fair, I wondered who was to blame.
3. I felt I would do anything to post, I would give my life savings, become religious.
4. I was depressed, so sad, why bother with anything? I'm going to die soon, so what's the point?
5. Finally, I accepted that it was going to be okay. I couldn't fight it.

This entire process took about thirty seconds.

Thirty seconds? Kubler-Ross would be proud! Welcome back! :)

A spade is not a spade. A spade is a f***ing shovel.

Perfect! Top Marks! Now, just sit back, wait for someone to get upset over your honesty, and then we'll lynch-mob em! ;)

How seriously stupid are you? ;)

We all f***ing know a spade isn't a shovel, it's one of the four suits of playing cards, or don't you Aussies have cards down in that backwards neck of the woods? ;)

Aussies are too busy wrassling gators and shooting dingo's to be playing cards.

Watching cricket too.

Both of you are wrong, a spade is a f***ing surgery performed on a female dog or cat to prevent them from having babies. Geez, didn't any of you watch Price is Right growing up?

i believe the proper term is spayed. Yes we watched the price is right, also card sharks, that's how we know what spades are.

As I understand the distinction, a spade is the digging device with the relatively pointy end (after which the playing card pip is modelled) designed for breaking into soil, while a shovel has a squared-off end (think snow-shovel) for scraping things up from a flat surface.
