come on people. You realize that this is the same woman who announced a "no work from home" policy in her company and then had a fulll daycare built in/adjacent to her office so she could be near her newborn.
you are probably not supposed to try to understand her logic. |

FWIW when Isaac was about two, my boss set aside a room for him (and another worker's baby) to hang out with us at work, and I was not the CEO ... |

Lucky that the "let em eat cake" method worked in your case. Mot people not so lucky. |

Screw joining... buy DPC, declare herself queen and delete this thread. |

Who cares what she said? - There's 1Tb of storage for full-resolution photos, apps for android and ios, and nice ways to view your galleries or share them to fb, tumblr, email, whatever.
It's obviously Yahoo's attempt to get into the social space by leveraging the instagram approach and tacking on some social features. I can see closer integration with Tumblr down the line.
I think that's a decent enough offering. If you don't like it, ask for your money back... |

According to the information I received from Flickr, the pro option will continue to be offered. Only now I will have unlimited storage.
Though I cannot imagine 1 Terrabyte not being enough. But hey, I remember when Bill Gates could not imagine 640K not being enough. |

1Tb is already not enough. What happens when people want to start uploading HD AVIs ? |

uhmmm...Yahooo...who are they again? And someone send that dumbass bitch a link to YANAP so she can see firsthand that yes, EVERYONE with a Facebook account and the ability to slap together a watermark, can take $50/session shoots with their phone/p&s and call themselves a professional fauxtog....err photog.
So, dumbass bitch, how many fauxtogs do you personally know could shoot a wedding...on film?
*crickets chirping*
Thought so. I know I sure as hell I couldn't pull it off. I know I'm not a fauxtog, but I didn't apprentice to a professional photographer for 3 years in the days when digital photography was still a dream. All I had under my belt before coming here was two college semesters of Photography 101.
So I know for a fact Magnumphotography already has shot several weddings on film and easily could do so again. And I bet others on here could do it too. |
