Brisbane, Australia - our 8 months of full-on constant heat is finally over - autumn is here.

Too funny...... tonight the big news story was our RECORD COLD May day.
Brace yourself: 15 – 19 °C (that's 59 to 66°F)!!!!!

You should have seen them running around in great big ugg boots and furry coats, many wearing beanies, all of them shivering and shaking.

I'd say that the clothes people were wearing would see your average Canadian through at least 3 hours of ice fishing.

Brace yourselves, winter is coming!

But - does the ugg boots match the board shorts? :)

...and to think that the city that I grew up in got 30cm of SNOW last weekend... we are talking the middle of May here folks.

In the dead of our winters, I would gladly take 20 or more degrees of your heat.

I have seen days here that it was so cold that after letting my little doggie out for a pee I had to go outside and break the icicle off the end of his d$&k to let him back in the house... now that's cold. :O)

Not that I've looked or compared, but I highly doubt it.

We lived in the US for 8 years, and I still miss your prices so much. We pay anywhere between 1 1/2 and 4 times of your price for almost everything. Just ask RayEthier - he nearly faints every time he comes shopping when he visits us.
