Seeing I got the 27inch iMac I decided to go with an iPad. Wish to use it to show prospective clients images etc.

I'm shooting with the Olympus em5.

What size would you make the image 1240x768? How big a file size? Should I make it a bit larger to allow a bit of zoom in power. If so, what size?

Much appreciated
Maria

Double that size. The iPad 4 has a resolution of 2048x1536, might as well take advantage of it.

Speaking of iPAD, I find the DPC site usable on the iPAD since the pull-down menus do not work. Are others having the same experience? I wrote to the administration 4 times and no one ever granted me the courtesy of a reply. Makes me wonder about the validity and future of DPC when they do not respond to users simple questions. Is there a DPC app? I have searched for one but failed to find anything?

Morgan, check your SPAM. I had issue contacting SC and while I thought they were not responding to me, it seems their messages were going to my email spam folder.

It's not so much a DPC flaw as a iOS flaw. It works fine on my iPad 1 with a different OS. It doesn't work on my iPhone.

It works barely on Android phone. Needs some coercion and deft finger to access the menu bars.

The menus have not worked sine iOS 5. Some sites work, DPC doesn't.

Not holding my breath for improvement....

Not a spam problem. I fear it is a customer service issue.

To me, it works or it does not work. Technology changes constantly for all of us, I am on my fourth iPAD now, and all companies need to maintain their position or face becoming irrelevant. DPC is fast falling from grace and after a decade as a member, its value is unfortunately diminishing for me. If they do not respond to member questions and have decided to live with entropy problems for several years, then they clearly made a strategic decision to milk it to the end. My sense is that they are no longer interested in this community. If this is actually the case, then why should we, the membership that funds the site, remain interested? I fear that this site is dead, but it just does not know it yet. Which is too bad as I have been a loyal fan for a long time and had hoped to continue with them for years to come.

Thanks. Might try it with both and see.
Also what would be a good file size.

Thanks
