Is there any good tutorials on how to polish a picture? I tend to find my histograms too compressed in the center. Any solutions or suggestions? I use PS elements, but would be willing to buy a plug-in. I read Gordon's workflow and to me it is an incredible amount to learn. It would be worth it, I am just not sure where to really start.
I have just started taking raw images in hope that if I save the more information I can polish/fix/improve images as I learn more. |

For those that think Capture One is better than the Photoshop .raw plug-in, can you please detail why?
I've just started using the PhotoshopCS .raw plugger and think it is very intuitive and the numerous options it has available to the user are very impressive with a wide array of ultimate creative control. The capture one website didn't really seem to detail much that was impressive about it's plug-in so I was hoping people with first-hand experience and knowdedge of both the PS-CS .raw and Capture one can share what the benefits capture one has over the ps-cs pluggy!
Thanks for any input! |
