Entry: Color version: Edited for print (Advanced ed.)

outtake from minimal :


Doing a self portrait in IR is a lot more work than I realized.

Then I realized that it was minimal and not basic, so I had to re-shoot and got this entry :

which only had a tiny bit of sharpen after resizing...

I guess too many people either didn't know it looks that way because it was IR or just agreed it was "creepy"

oh well...

The depth of field in both is too shallow for my liking; this is why I did not rate it higher.

Thank you for the comments. I like the first one, but felt it was too warm, so I changed the white balance and did another set. After looking at the other entries, I realize so much what I could have done differently. And more importantly, how to do it... (I hope!)

Well, I probably should have entered the advanced... *shrug* Absolutely love the image anyway.
