I just came across a reference to this exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum.
While, I see the exhibit ended yesterday, CBS news gives us 13 images from the collection.
(Yes, Virginia, there was photo manipulation before Photoshop.) |

That's pretty cool. Hope these exhibits travel 'west of the Rockies' one of these days.
