been asked for proof that an image is legit in the pic-in-pic challenge.
i have submitted original for verification, in the event that someone thinks what i did is grounds for a DQ (which i can't see as nothing i did is outside of the advanced ruleset) but if they do, and i have already submitted for the "best of", or any other challenge, will those entries not be allowed to be entered? will they be okay because i've already submitted? will the 1 week start at the point of judgement or end of the challenge?

| I don't see a previous DQ within your last 25 entries, so even if this image gets one you would not be subject to any suspension ... in any event, I think when we do have to enact a suspension we try to time it to allow already-submitted entries to stand. |

right...haven't been dq'd ever... was thinking about self dq-ing recently for score but didn't...brain just wasn't reconciling that fact.

One more note: an issue like this would probably be better handled by submitting a ticket so that it is (more) sure to come to the attention of an SC member -- there's no way to be sure every forum thread is seen on a timely basis.
Also, I can't promise every submission would stand in the face of an impending suspension under all circumstances; fortunately in this case it doesn't matter ... :-) |
