Does anyone know of a site where you can upload a picture and create a custom greeting card?
Please post a link if you do.

You can try www.dotphoto.com. I don't know if that will give you what you are looking for but it's a starting place. |

I believe www.snapfish.com offers that option, even though I have never tried it. |

Ofoto has greeting cards with an inside pocket into which you slip a regular 4x6 print. |

Try this:
//www.pqprint.com/sm001/strathmore/popup.jsp?&updated=1&aid=grevi1
I discovered this by accident one night while researching vendors who sell greeting card paper for printing photos onto. This nifty little utility they provide is really easy and quick to use. You should have paper to make a 5x7 card in your printer, though, I think.
I saw the Strathmore papers in Michael's (a craft store), and they are gorgeous. Haven't tried them yet though.
