I saw this hanging on a wire by an intersection out in the boonies.......seriously, *NO* good reason I could see for this if it is a camera.....
Big Brother is getting scary!
(Says he who just happens to carry *his* camera everywhere! LOL!!!)

Was it hanging on an electric cable? - It looks more like some sort of electrical insulator or limiter to me.
Also, if it's a camera, why does it have that 'hook' on the bottom, blocking the lens. And I don't see any power supply or output wires coming from it? |

Probably right, here. The word under the 10 seems to be POWER. |

| Google goggles couldn't figure it out. Maybe its some kind of sensor? |
