Last month I've bought a new Sigma lens, the 17-50mm F2.8 EX DC OS (for Nikon). Wanted to add it to my list, but it's not in the equipment list at all. Is there a way to add new lenses to the equipment list?

Submit a ticket with the details and a picture (or link to one) if possible, and someone should be able to add it to the list. Look under the Help > Contact Us menu ...

I can't find the place to add the lens to my list. I've looked in Preferences, Profile, Workshop . . . am obviously missing something.

Seriously? I know physicians are trained to refer to right and left from the patient's pov when talking to the patient or when looking at an image (like an x-ray, I would assume) so this transfers to other kind of images such as talking about photos. Is this true of the UK, too? What I mean is when looking at a picture, do you always refer to left and right as from the point of view of someone standing in the image and looking back at you, the viewer? If I am understanding correctly, are there other parts of the world where this is true, too? Or maybe everywhere except the US - kind of like the metric system :)

Oh, and I found the place to add my camera and lens. I have a new computer and operating system and was not viewing in full screen and I had the screen scooched over so only the left side showed. Lesson learned, I hope - and thanks so much for the help, HCvE

I think maybe he just has that sort of sense of humor which allows for such comments.
