I have clicked snap of a fabric, now my need is use this fabric as pattern and fill up a garment, problem is that when i try to do i dont get seamless patter, i get tiled

You may have better luck asking that in a place like the RetouchPRO or Worth1000 forums. You are likely to find a lot more "digital artists" over there who might have some ideas on how to do what you want.
