AFAIK you can create vector graphics in Photoshop using the Pen tool(s)/Paths and export to an Illustrator file. |

Again, not a piece of software I own, but I will look to see if PSP can do that. Thanks.

I like the moon version, too and this is very cool - lots of graphic pop! There is some black smudge on the guy's chest on either version. Do you want that there?

Well, voting for the new logo has started and so far, my design is slightly in the lead with 28 votes. Next one behind it has 25 at the moment. It's a pretty good looking logo, too. The third in line is at 15. So it looks like it will likely be a contest between 2 designs.
This is worse than watching my DPC scores because if mine wins, everyone will be wearing it on a t-shirt.

ETA When is the voting over? How are they voting? Who is voting?

Voting is being done by the Night Riders members. It's just being done with the number of Facebook "likes" on the entries. They wanted to do a poll, but the limit is 10 choices and there are 11 entries. I know there are often problems with such like based contests and people getting all their friends and relatives to vote. In this case however, it will be very clear that something fishy is going on if likes start appearing from a lot of unknown names that don't ride with us. (So don't try to help me.)
I have no idea how long the voting will go on. I'm guessing either a week, or when voting activity tapers off to nothing.
