So I edited my entry due in just a few hours and I need to go to sleep and guess what, it's over the 300 kb limit, more than double! I had this problem in the past and was just a little over and cropped it a little below the 800 px and the file size went down. In this case, that is not the solution. I can't for the life of me figure out how to reduce the file size. Forums useless, I'm finding nothing when I search for answers. I think it's not possible which means I either make the image super small, find another program that will let me reduce file size, perhaps dumb down the sharpening so the file size reduces? or just not enter. Leaning towards the last because I'm tired but if anyone can offer last minute help, swell.
FYI: I'm on the road and only took my Asus Transformer Tablet that operates on Android, hence the appalling limitations of "Photoshop" Touch, which really shouldn't even have the same name as the real photoshop.

I found a totally different app to do it. Which was also annoying because you could choose the jpg quality but not see the resulting file size so I kept having to save it, check it, save it again, until I got the right size.
I got this tablet because it was supposed to be good for editing photos. So far, it's been great for plopping photos onto my harddrive (except for an unfortunate incident where videos didn't transfer and I lost some great ones) and that's about it.
Photoshop touch doesn't do raw, and I downloaded 3 different raw apps that only let me see them but not edit. Basically to edit a photo I have to use about 2-4 different apps and jump through 13 hoops and then do a little jig to get anything uploaded. Not worth it. Getting an Air next time.

Nope. That would have been nice but no. It doesn't even let you choose what to name it or what folder it goes in. They try to make it hard and monopolize your edits so you'll buy into the "creative cloud" thing. I figured it out now, how to get the photos, but at first I was so confused as to their location I'd just email them to myself.

Would it be legal for you to send it to me? I can Save for Web for you and send it back

Thanks for the offer. I ended up going to sleep. :P I was wondering that myself though... (if it would be legal that is)
