Well, technically it's not - but that was the answer I'm looking for. |

Heh...
Pretty much right in truth.
There are only a few dangers with specimens like this, and they basically boil down to: Don't contaminate anything with the dust (especially your lungs), and keep it in a well sealed set of bags, which you should only open out doors or in a very well ventilated area.
Since ore like this basically only emits alpha radiation, with a minor amount of beta, and no gamma. That means the plastic bag I keep it in is more than sufficient to stop most of the radiation, and my clothing will easily take care of almost all of the remainder... Which only leaves radon gas, hence, open the bags in a well ventilated area.
In other words, going out in the sun is a bigger health risk, unless you're just being careless.

Yeah, you know, I thought it would give me like, you know, all those cool powers and big muscles and shit..
It's strange but all I've noticed is a slight glow and some hair loss.. At least I'm saving on shampoo! :) |

Yup, savings are good especially in this economy. I shaved my head once and the savings on shampoo were huge! :)

Oh hell.
Is that a non-stick pan with butter and brown sugar in it, heated to about 400 degrees and tilted about 80 degrees to the right? |
