"Karl Blossfeldt (June 13, 1865 ΓΆ€“ December 9, 1932 - age 67) was a German photographer, sculptor, teacher and artist who worked in Berlin, Germany. He is best known for his close-up photographs of plants and living things, published in 1929 as Urformen der Kunst [1]. He was inspired, as was his father, by nature and the way in which plants grow."

| I like it for a challenge idea. Not my thing to shoot, but would probably enter anyway and would be very enjoyable to vote on. |

I'm lost with the sense of humour too, I haven't been on here much so I don't get it :P
Though glad people like the idea of this. I've always looked up to Karl Blossfeldt. I did a uni project in his style. I find him interesting because he blended art and science and showed that aesthetics were important in both areas. |
